I enjoyed talking with Michelle Oravitz, a Miami-based fertility acupuncturist and hypnotherapist about my favorite topic: food. I’ve known Michelle for years and have sent clients her way - I think fertility coaching with Chinese acupuncture and hypnotherapy is a great option adjunct to nutrition and functional medicine for fertility.

In the podcast, we talked about popular diet trends and why they aren’t a good idea if you are TTC. This includes the keto diet and intermittent fasting. We also chatted about why nutrition is personalized and how to know more about what foods can inflame the body (which is a negative for fertility) and how to find out more about what your body needs.
