    • Individual coaching offers a highly personalized experience with one-on-one sessions led by a Registered Dietitian (RD). This option is ideal if you prefer tailored guidance focused on your specific health needs, including lab testing, nutritional assessments, and customized strategies.

    • Group coaching provides a supportive community setting co-led by both an RD and an MD. This option fosters connection with others who share similar experiences, emphasizing the mind-body connection, mental health, and collective support.

  • This menopause coaching program is personalized to your body type using nutrition science and functional medicine. This is not a generic coaching program. We look at the root causes of the symptoms you are experiencing. This program is personalized for you with 1:1 sessions with a Registered Dietitian certified in Functional Medicine. We also offer a group coaching program with a support network and shared experience.
